I typically begin by building a disclosure-to-workstream mapping, then create a data inventory that lists what must be collected, from whom, how often, and the level of confidence. Tools matter here: I use Excel for controlled calculations, Jira for work tracking, and SharePoint document libraries to manage the evidence trail for each disclosure. Finally, I align milestones to internal review and assurance windows so deliverables are not only correct, but also audit-ready.
