I'm a product-minded engineer and the person behind Tracker.cv. I build, launch, and grow software products from zero to one — solo, with intention, and without the theatre of a big team.

The origin

Why I built this.

The modern job search is broken in an embarrassingly specific way: you apply to dozens of roles, lose track of half of them, send the same generic CV to every listing, and wonder why the callback rate is so low. The tools that exist either do too little (spreadsheets) or too much (bloated ATS copycats designed for HR teams, not candidates).

I wanted one focused tool: a visual tracker that keeps every application organised, paired with an AI layer that actually saves you time by generating a tailored CV and cover letter for each specific role — not a generic rewrite, but one that reads the job description and rewrites your profile to match it.

Tracker.cv is that tool. It works on LinkedIn, Indeed, France Travail, Reed, Glassdoor, and any job board via a Chrome extension. It handles English and French markets natively. It generates Word-format documents you can actually edit.

It started as a side project during a particularly frustrating stint watching people apply for jobs the hard way. It is now a real product, used daily, and I am still the one answering your support emails.

How I work

Ship fast, learn faster.

Ideas have diminishing returns while they sit on a planning board. Getting a product in front of real users in weeks — not months — is the only way to learn what actually matters.

Solve one thing well.

Tracker.cv does two things: it tracks your applications, and it generates tailored documents. That is the scope. Features that dilute the core get cut.

Respect the user's time.

Every interaction should feel faster than it did before. If something takes three clicks, it should take one. If something takes five minutes, it should take sixty seconds.

Stay lean and stay accountable.

No committees, no sprints theatre, no re-orgs. One person. Every decision made close to the product and close to the user. That is an advantage, not a limitation.
